Newly renovated, our 5* review Villa Yar is complete with a 13m long heated pool on one of the longest and most private terraces in the area. The large terrace contains a lounge area, outside dining, BBQ, jacuzzi and sunbeds including Balinese beds with natural shade from the cliff.
Villa Yar has 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, including a master penthouse suite with private terraces. Each room has full dual aspect sea views, dressing area, balconies and en-suite bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen dining room with breakfast island plus separate lounge area. Floor to ceiling glass doors in each room create a feeling of openness while admiring those amazing views.

This was our first visit to Kalkan and we absolutely loved the house and of course the magnificent pool. It is fitted out to a high standard. Lucy, the owner was incredibly responsive with detailed and helpful emails. The gardener who came in twice a day can deliver bread and water when asked. The Kalkan beach club at the bottom of the hill couldn’t be more perfect for families with kids as it has a water slide, water trampoline and trampoline jump. Overall a beautiful villa in a beautiful location.

Spectacular property in a fantastic location
It ticks all the boxes for a perfect holiday. Location is peaceful and so near to a vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The beds are so comfortable and thoughtful touches like washing powder and dishwasher tablets just make it easy.

Very high class villa in a quiet location, but with easy connections to town. The rooms are a lovely size, the villa gardens and pool kept spotlessly clean and the outside areas and views are fantastic. You will not beat this villa in Kalkan – we have returned twice.

"Perfect piece of paradise"
Villa Yar is a stunning villa with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The location 5 mins from the beach is ideal and the view overlooking the sea and the bay is heavenly. Paul and Lucy gave us many tips, and were very helpful and friendly. We loved the extremely comfy beds, we all slept so well and can see the quality of this property compared to others. Villa Yar was by far the best villa I’ve stayed at in Kalkan- and I’ve stayed in a number. It’s spacious, modern yet not losing that homely feel, a stunning terrace with the best view anywhere in the world. We loved the two outside dining areas, inside dining and breakfast bar, it was so good to have a choice of zones for our growing family!
